  2.  This is a quick explaination of the REORG program provide with
  3.  this distribution. REORG is a stand alone (CLI) disaster recovery
  4.  utility. You would need to run it in the event of a system crash
  5.  (GURU) while PERSMAIT is running. Its sole purpose is to organize
  6.  your data files that are processed by PERSMAIT. You would only have
  7.  to run it on the file that PERSMAIT was processing at the time of
  8.  a system failure, the reason this is necessary is to re-build the
  9.  HIGH LEVEL key structure used by PERSMAIT.
